At CardBoard Chaos Promotions, we’re committed to building successful shows by connecting vendors, collectors, and the local community. We actively promote our events through our website and social media channels to build excitement and bring buyers through the doors.

We encourage vendors and attendees to help spread the word by sharing event details and tagging CardBoard Chaos Promotions. Every share helps reach new collectors and creates more opportunities for everyone involved.

Easy Load-In

Vendor load-in will begin at 7:00 AM. Please ensure your tables are fully set up, organized, and ready to welcome customers no later than 8:45 AM.

All trash, boxes, packing materials, and storage items must be removed from the show floor or properly stored out of sight before customers arrive.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment for our customers and fellow vendors.

Vendor Agreement

By accepting below, I understand and agree that:

1. Table Assignment

Tables are assigned by CardBoard Chaos Promotions. We do our best to honor placement requests but can't guarantee a specific spot. Vendors may not move, swap or share tables without approval.

2. Payment & Fees

Each purchased space includes (1) 6-foot table. Table fees are due upon signing up. Your table is not reserved until payment is received. Accepted payment: Venmo / PayPal.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel by December 30, 2026 for a full refund. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their table and fees.

4. Load-In & Breakdown

Load-in begins at 7:00am. Tables must be set up before doors open at 9 AM. Breakdown may not begin before 4:00pm unless approved by show staff.

5. Merchandise & Authenticity

Vendors are responsible for everything they sell. Counterfeit, altered or reprint items must not be sold unless clearly labeled as such. RallyPoint Promotions may ask a vendor to remove any item from display.

6. Conduct

Treat collectors, other vendors, venue staff and show staff with respect. RallyPoint Promotions may remove any vendor for misconduct without refund.

7. Liability

Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, cash and equipment. CardBoard Chaos Promotions and the venue are not responsible for loss, theft or damage. Vendors agree to follow all venue rules.

8. Sales Tax & Permits

Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying any sales tax and holding any licenses or permits their sales require.

9. Photos & Promotion

Photos and video may be taken at the show. Vendors agree that RallyPoint Promotions may use images of the show floor, including their table, to promote future events.

10. Changes to the Show

If a show is rescheduled or cancelled by CardBoard Chaos Promotions, vendors will receive a full credit toward a future show.

Limitation of Liability, Theft, & "As-Is" Property Disclaimer

By purchasing a vendor table for CardBoard Chaos Promotions Card Show, the Vendor explicitly agrees that they are independently and solely responsible for the safety, security, and integrity of their own inventory, displays, collectibles, and personal property at all times. The Vendor explicitly agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify CardBoard Chaos Promotions, as well as Brett Geoffrey, and Stephen Reese individually (collectively, "the Organizers"), from any and all claims, liabilities, lawsuits, or losses resulting from theft, mysterious disappearance, shoplifting, robbery, or accidental damage occurring before, during, or after the event. Furthermore, the Organizers and the venue provide table space strictly on an "as-is" and "where-is" basis. The Organizers make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding facility conditions, including but not limited to climate control, HVAC performance, plumbing, roofing integrity, water leaks, electrical infrastructure, or acts of God. The Vendor assumes all risks of property damage arising from any facility failure and is strongly encouraged to carry their own commercial property or inventory insurance.

Your invoice will be sent so that you can complete the registration process within 24hrs. Please note that registration is not complete until payment has been made. Any questions please let us know. Thank you for your support.

Unloading information will be provided at least 72 hours prior to the event

Not every table will be able to accommodate a shelving unit.  We will do our very best to meet this request.

You can cancel with 30 days notice prior to the event with a full refund. After this period, refunds will be issued if we are able to backfill your table.
